How membership works today
Customers can create an account to manage profile details, save delivery addresses, review order history, maintain a wishlist, track support requests, and return to the store without re-entering the same information. Promotional rewards are only available when their terms are displayed in the account or campaign communication.
Fair reward rules
Each campaign may define eligibility, dates, qualifying purchases, review standards, referral conditions, limits, and expiry. Rewards should not be treated as cash unless explicitly stated. Fraudulent accounts, duplicate referrals, returned purchases, or abusive activity may be excluded after review under published terms.
